At MSPbots, we are looking for a dynamic Digital Media Specialist with a particular talent for Paid Media. In this role, you’ll craft compelling digital content that aligns with our brand’s voice across various online platforms such as website, social media, and blogs. Your expertise will not only shine in crafting and managing paid advertising campaigns but also extend to broader digital media duties, ensuring our brand’s presence is impactful and consistent. You’ll stay at the forefront of digital trends and use cutting-edge communication tools to deliver materials that meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee the planning, execution, and ongoing management of paid media strategies. Engage with agency partners to develop media recommendations and execution of media plans.
· Assisting digital and social media, public relations, and creative teams to select the appropriate media for their projects across different media platforms.
· Manage the scheduling of digital content across platforms.
· Boost brand awareness through digital channels like LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
· Generate platform-specific content while adhering to guidelines.
· A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to identify top-performing variations.
· Maintain brand consistency across all digital media avenues.
· Keep our digital media library current.
· Monitor and report on the ROI of digital marketing initiatives, monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
· Stay informed about the latest trends in digital media and design technology.
· Serve as a subject matter expert, being a trusted advisor to other internal teams.
Requirements and Skills:
· 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media.
· Ability to think on your feet, or someone else’s, so you can develop strategies including company launches, market roll-outs, new product introductions, and more.
· Experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns
· Experience with advertising tools – Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager.
· Experience with keyword research and the ability to present campaign examples utilizing tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Moz.
· Understanding of tagging and tracking solutions.
· Basic WordPress knowledge.
· Familiar with CRM systems and what role they play.
· Experience with design and editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
· Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager).
· Up-to-date with the latest media trends.
· Budgeting skills for managing paid media finances.
· Must be residing in the Philippines.
· Willing to work on a graveyard shift (10 pm-7 am PHT).
