    WorkSafe™ Guarantee is WorkPlaces escrow service designed to give you the peace of mind you deserve. Whether you’re hiring a talent, working with a contractor or freelancer, or collaborating on a remote team project, WorkSafe™ provides a secure and transparent platform to manage your finances and resolve any potential disputes.

  • What are the fees using WorkPlaces?

    Fees are only charged upon successful hire or freelance service order to utilize WorkSafe™ Guarantee.

    • Rate: 8% automatically split into 2 parts:
    • Client: 3% added to the total project/job/service value.
    • Talent: 5% deducted from their total talent fee. Lowest talent fee in the market – a mere 5%! That’s right, say goodbye to industry standard fees of 10-30% and keep a whopping 95% of your earnings.


    WorkSafe™ Guarantee Fees is 8% of the total project/job/service value, implemented only upon successful engagement.

    • Project value: $100

    Milestone Payments:
    Clients can set up milestones for fixed-price contracts, dividing the project into manageable phases. Payments are released as each milestone is completed, providing a structured approach to project funding.

    Workspace:
    WorkPlaces provides a workspace where clients to monitor and manage jobs, projects and freelance task services. It includes project tracking and reporting: Clients can use WorkPlaces to monitor the progress of their projects.

    Dispute Resolution:
    WorkPlaces provides a dispute resolution process to help resolve conflicts between clients and talents. This includes mediation and arbitration services to address disagreements over project deliverables or payments.

    talents can search for jobs based on various criteria, such as skills, job category, and budget. Filters help talents find the most relevant opportunities around the world.

    Proposals:
    talents can submit proposals to clients, including details about their qualifications, experience, and why they are a good fit for the job.

    Real-Time Communication:
    WorkPlaces provides a messaging system that allows talents to communicate with clients in real-time. This helps in clarifying project details, asking questions, and discussing project milestones.

    Hourly Contracts:
    WorkPlaces allows talents to work on hourly contracts where they log their work hours using the an agreed tracker tool which will provide a transparent record of the talent’s activity, including screenshots, to ensure accurate billing. (upon the discretion of both parties)

    Fixed-Price Contracts:
    Talents can also take on fixed-price contracts, where the scope of work and payment terms are agreed upon upfront. Milestones can be set, and payment is released upon the completion of each milestone or the entire project.

    WorkPlaces introduced “Professional Services,” which allows talents to offer specialized services in addition to their regular talent work where talents can provide specific, predefined services at set prices.
