Job Summary: As a Senior Product Manager at MSPbots, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and management of our business intelligence and automation solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for MSPbots’ suite of tools and services, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to develop and launch new features and enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements for our products.
• Define and analyze key performance metrics to inform decision-making and measure product success.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and insights, using this information to refine and improve product offerings.
• Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including prioritization, planning, and execution.
• Work closely with sales and customer support teams to ensure a seamless user experience and address any customer concerns.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements to ensure MSPbots remains at the forefront of the MSP sector.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SAAS or MSP-related environment.
• Strong understanding of business intelligence, automation tools, and the MSP industry.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be residing in the Philippines.
• Willing to work on a graveyard shift (10 pm-7 am PHT).
