Product Owner

You are a bold, result-driven, and self-disciplined individual who plays a key role in managing the product roadmap and delivering product value. Your good understanding of both our business needs and our solution platform will help build and maintain our clients’ and all other stakeholders’ trust and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Product Manager and fellow Product Owners to provide a vision and develop roadmap items for actionable user stories that meet the acceptance criteria
- Provide direction to the Product development team, analyze preferences to articulate requirements, and ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Prioritize releases, upgrades, and product backlog to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and deliver value
- Follow progress of work and address production issues during Sprint planning and reviews
- Use data-driven results to measure usage and success
- Assist in conducting demos of new product features and creating documentation for training
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of product development or project management experience in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company or IT business
- Has good working knowledge of using ConnectWise or Autotask as the primary tool for ticket management is preferred
- Familiarity with ITIL used to understand how MSPs (Managed Service Providers) work is a bonus
- In-depth knowledge and proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and Agile principles
- Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen
- Willing to work on a graveyard shift (10 pm-7 am PHT).
- Must have his or her own work-from-home equipment (computer/laptop, webcam, headset, and wired internet connection)
