*I am responsible for answering calls from customers. I assist customers from the US and Canada.
*I am helping them set up their account, place orders, and track their orders.
*As a Customer Service Representative at TechMahindra, I am also allowed to upsell to customers to add more products to their orders.
Sales Representative
*In this role, I am calling international clients who show interest in the stock market.
*I assist them in setting up their account to make it live so they can start trading with their own account.
*After successful sales, I make sure that every detail that the client provided during the call is documented, and I am also responsible for updating their account.
Sales Representative
*I was assigned to the Winback department. I am calling business owners who cancelled their subscription with the company and winning them back to activate their account again.
*I handled US business owners and called them to check on their business and the progress of their customers.
*I walk them through the process, and I provide them with the services that they can get once they sign up with the company again.
*I am responsible for processing the payment once they decide to go with the service again, and I always update their account with new details or information. Also, I am sending emails or messages to them to provide some updates on their account.
*It's my role as well to make sure that the client agrees to the payment terms, and I need to send them a chat or text message to get their confirmation.
Chat & Email Support
*While working with TeleTech, I am responsible for handling customers who want to place an order online or have some questions about the product.
*As a Chat Support, I am handling 2 to 3 customers at a time with different concerns, like placing the order, tracking their order, or even processing a refund.
*One of my responsibilities at TeleTech is to reply to emails from customers with different concerns.
*As an Email Support at TeleTech as well, I am responsible for replying to 50 to 60 emails per day.
*I am also creating tickets if the customer has concerns about refunds or other related concerns.
Sales Associate
*As a sales representative, my role while working with the company is to call all authors who signed up on the website and those who showed interest years ago.
*I am also sending marketing emails to the authors to catch their attention and so I can make an appointment with them.
*During the call, what I always do is walk them through the website, show them our works, and thank all the satisfied authors who published their books.
*Working with Author Solutions, I am not just calling international authors; I also assist local authors who wish to publish their work or show interest in publishing it. It is my job to make sure that they understand the process and how publishing works.
*It’s my responsibility as well to follow up with them on the progress of their work by sending them an email or calling them back.
