Hi! My name is Jay Mherson Mejasco. I’ve been a Virtual Medical assistant for about 2 years now having been assigned both as a front office manager and a back office medical billing assistant for collections. My tasks include: new patient intake scheduling and filing documents, while for existing patients, I do appointment confirmation, collection of payments, initiate refills and do eligibility and benefit check.
