Responsible for Agent’s schedules to be plotted in the system tools such as IEX or Teleopti. Primarily responsible for analyzing the forecast’s call volume then create daily schedules allowing us to provide best level of support to the client. We also advises management of compliance and attendance issue. Communicating with RTA team and operations to ensure that schedules are implemented. Update schedules such as breaks, lunches and other offline activities like meeting, one on one, coaching etc. We do plot future activities like LOA, PTO and making recommendation like OT depends on business needs.
