I was responsible in managing the Sales Admin Team and the Accounts Reconciliation Team. My role involved monitoring the teams' performance and acting as a liaison between the local team and their global counterparts. Aside from supervising the Accounts Reconciliation and Sales Admin Teams, I was also in charge of preparing European Royalty Reports for multiple EU countries which need to be submitted to the respective governing bodies. I also conducted final checks of my team's reports to ensure accuracy. I processed customer payments, refund, credit notes, and also reconciles the company's bank accounts.
