After earning my Psychology degree from the University of San Carlos, I spent an almost solid 2 years in customer service at Synchrony Bank. Not to brag, but I was fortunate to be consistently recognized as a top agent. After my regularization, I stepped into the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME), helping others navigate the customer service landscape.

From there, I shifted gears into recruitment, spending a year and five months helping build great teams. Again, not to toot my own horn, but I took on the role of SME post-regularization and earned the badge of a consistent top recruiter. I’m known for my problem-solving skills and my ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Outside of work, I thoroughly enjoy watching documentary films and short TikTok reels or videos about Human Resources. I find them valuable for gathering ideas and insights that I can potentially utilize in my future roles.
