1. Process daily orders; function includes: Allocating orders per supplier, export CSV data of orders per supplier from Order Desk and copy paste to Excel template sheet with formula, Upload CSV data to portal to generate shipping labels per carrier. Upload tracking numbers to order desk and generate PO. Upload all files to google drive per supplier folder and email file link of PO pdf, Order export sheet, and shipping labels to suppliers. Generate orders print file and upload it to server team viewer and ensure all print files are complete.
2. Respond customer service concerns logged on google spreadsheet by updating it, concerns includes: change of customer address and redo to generate new shipping label and sent it to suppliers, inquiring delayed, returned, and undelivered packages, customer refund and replacement request. Answer queries of factories from China via Skype and Wechat, Respond to other departments concern such as Sellers, Designer and Web dev team via group chat.
3. Prepare weekly Inventory report by exporting CSV data from Order desk and update the Inventory spreadsheet data.
4. Prepare weekly Production report by exporting CSV data from analytics and update per supplier spreadsheet and inform suppliers regarding delayed and unship packages and inquire expected ship date.
6. Prepare weekly and monthly shipping report by exporting CSV data from Analytics, analyze and track orders beyond the ship date turn around time, returned and undelivered packages, and packages that are still in transit and have not reach the destination country yet. Upload shipping report to google drive folder and update supplier and factories about their delays. inform customer service team per sellers about updates.
7. Update Trello card task daily and attend weekly meeting if there is an agenda for new updates
Client Service Associate (Facebook Advertising Account)
1. Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support to Facebook business clients regarding their Facebook Business manager account and Ad account.
2. Support advertising customers and deliver consultative support.
3. Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI.
4. Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience
Project Based Digital Customer Care (Chat and Email Support)
1. Detection, handling and resolution of billing discrepancies/abnormalities, erroneous billing of Non-General Power services.
2. Processing and computation of Billing Adjustment (BA) billings of Non-General Power services.
3. Provision of support in handling of customer inquiries, requests and concerns regarding BA cases.
