• Responsible for assisting with implementation and administration of recruitment programs
• Receive, screen, and file incoming resumes, background, and reference checks
• Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with
prospective applicants
• Assist with recommendations to hiring manager on candidate hire, and partner with appropriate

• Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the
Company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates and personally
drives the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruiting process
• Build strong business knowledge;
• Integrate marketing strategies into sourcing and talent attraction;
• Maintain internal and external candidate data in real-time staffing systems
• Manage Employee Referral Program, vendor management, external branding, marketing, and sourcing
activities; and
• Support and assist Staffing team

- Focus on building pipelines, diverse candidate slates, qualifying leads, and then handing leads off to
Recruiters, utilize talent data to create insights about the candidate market on the
location/availability/demographics (i.e. diversity) of key talent segments
- Build & engage undervalued talent pool to discover talents and conduct trends analysis to identify labor
