eBay SEO Expert & Multi-Channel Manager (Shopify Integration Required)
We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to professionalize and scale our recently opened eBay store. While we are currently live, we need an expert to audit our listings and implement a strategy to aggressively improve our organic search rankings.
Beyond eBay, we are expanding our footprint. We require a technical specialist who can set up and launch our brand on ManoMano, OnBuy, and B&Q. Crucially, this role requires deep technical experience with Shopify; you must be able to integrate these marketplaces so that all inventory, pricing, and orders are synchronized centrally from our Shopify dashboard. We are looking for a long-term partner who can build a scalable, multi-channel foundation for our business.
Deliverables
Phase 1: eBay Optimization & Growth
- Full Account Audit Report: A written review of the current eBay store health, identifying errors, missed opportunities, and listing violations.
- Listing Optimization (SEO): Complete overhaul of [Insert Number] key product listings, including:
- Titles: Rewritten for maximum keyword relevance and click-through rate.
- Item Specifics: Fully populated data fields to match search filters.
- Descriptions: Formatted professionally (HTML/CSS if needed) to increase conversion.
- Storefront Design Upgrade: A refreshed eBay Store homepage that reflects our brand identity and encourages browsing.
Phase 2: Expansion & Integration (Shopify Hub)
- Marketplace Setup: Successful application and account setup for ManoMano, OnBuy, and B&Q.
- Shopify Integration: Complete installation and configuration of integration software (e.g., CedCommerce, Linnworks, or similar) linking all three new marketplaces + eBay to Shopify.
- Success Metric: Inventory changes on Shopify must automatically reflect on all marketplaces.
- Success Metric: Orders from any marketplace must appear in the Shopify order dashboard.
- Product Mapping: Correctly mapping our Shopify product categories to the specific taxonomy/categories required by B&Q, OnBuy, and ManoMano.
- SOP Document: A brief “Standard Operating Procedure” document showing our team how to list a new product on Shopify so that it automatically pushes to all channels correctly in the future.
