We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric Social Media Community & Content Coordinator to manage moderation and scheduling across multiple social media channels, including Global, UK, France, and DACH markets.

This role is responsible for ensuring consistent brand communication, timely community engagement, and seamless coordination of social media content publishing. The ideal candidate combines strong social media expertise with a customer-first mindset and intercultural awareness.

Key Responsibilities 

Social Media Moderation

  • Monitor and moderate social media channels (Global, UK, France, DACH)
  • Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
  • Escalate complex customer cases to relevant internal stakeholders (Customer Assistance and local Social Media Manager)
  • Ensure tone of voice and brand guidelines are consistently applied (Templates available)

Content Scheduling & Publishing 

  • Schedule content to be automatically posted across multiple social media platforms via Sprinklr.
  • Coordinate with social media Team to ensure alignment
  • Maintain publishing calendars for all assigned channels
  • Ensure accuracy of copy, links, tagging, and localization (all will be provided, no editing necessary)
  • Optimize posting times suggested by the tool and workflows (Tool – Sprinklr)

Team Meetings

  • Participate in regular team meetings (monthly; more frequent in the onboarding phase) and stay in touch via teams chat.

Profile & Qualifications 

Required Experience 

  • Proven experience in social media management and community moderation
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
  • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles
  • Experience working with multiple markets or international brands is a plus

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a remote and cross-cultural environment

Language Requirements 

  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Basic knowledge of German and French required
  • Additional European languages are a plus

Other Requirements 

  • Based in Europe
  • Availability for regular team meetings (monthly; more frequent initially)
  • Reliable availability during agreed moderation time windows
