We are seeking a motivated and organized Business & Marketing Administrative Assistant to support a growing pain management center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with a small team, improving business systems, and helping a wellness practice expand its reach in the community.

This position works directly alongside the practice owner and plays a key role in supporting business operations, financial tracking, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with business operations and administrative support
  • Help develop and streamline procedures and SOPs
  • Analyze business workflows and recommend improvements
  • Work with QuickBooks to review accounts receivable and financial data
  • Help create and maintain budgets, financial tracking, and forecasting spreadsheets
  • Use Excel/Google Sheets to identify trends and organize data
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including:
  • Creating flyers for classes and services
  • Designing referral cards and promotional materials
  • Assisting with branding and rebranding ideas
  • Help build relationships with local providers by contacting doctors and clinics
  • Research and help coordinate local networking opportunities, community events, and
    advertising
  • Support the owner and occasionally assist other staff members with administrative needs

Ideal Candidate

  • Background in business, marketing, or a related field (degree or equivalent experience
    preferred)
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Comfortable working with QuickBooks and Excel
  • Creative and interested in marketing and branding
  • Self-motivated and able to identify ways to improve business systems
  • Comfortable reaching out to professionals and building local partnerships
  • Detail-oriented and reliable
