(Posting + Canva Stories + Brand Outreach Support)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Social Media Virtual Assistant to support a growing lifestyle brand.

This role is focused on execution, not strategy. All captions, content direction, outreach scripts, and brand voice will be provided—you will be responsible for bringing it to life and executing consistently.

Responsibilities

Content Posting

• Schedule and post Instagram content (posts, reels, and stories)
• Ensure all content is posted accurately, on time, and formatted correctly
• Follow provided captions, hashtags, and posting instructions

Canva Story Creation

• Create engaging Instagram stories using Canva based on provided content
• Turn posts into story sequences that feel elevated and on-brand
• Design simple graphics such as checklists or guides when needed

Light Reel Editing (As Needed)

• Assist with simple reel edits when needed (cutting clips, adding text, basic formatting)
• Ability to step in quickly for time-sensitive edits is a plus

Brand Outreach Support

• Send outreach messages to brands using a provided system and scripts
• Track outreach and follow-ups in an organized manner
• Identify aligned brands based on provided guidelines
• No negotiation required—execution only

Organization & Consistency

• Follow a content calendar
• Ensure smooth, consistent posting without reminders
• Communicate clearly if anything is missing or unclear

Requirements

• Strong Canva skills (required)
• Experience posting content on Instagram
• Basic reel/video editing skills (preferred)
• Comfortable with outreach and professional communication
• High attention to detail (no missed posts or errors)
• Reliable internet connection
• Consistent availability and communication

Performance Expectations

• This role requires a high level of consistency and reliability.
• Content must be posted on time and as scheduled
• Outreach must be completed consistently based on assigned targets
• Missed posts, delays, or lack of follow-through are not acceptable
• The ideal candidate is proactive and ensures tasks are completed without repeated reminders
• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate
