About the Role:
We’re hiring a Tech & Operations Assistant to support our internal teams and client onboarding workflows. You’ll be the operational and automation engine behind your designated pod (team unit), responsible for maintaining performance across client accounts and keeping the backend running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding: Set up client assets, accounts, forms, and automations following SOPs
- Tech Issue Resolution: Manage day-to-day tickets and troubleshoot client issues as they arise
- Internal Team Support: Support the media team, client success team, and others with CRM, tracking, or delivery needs
- CRM & Calendar Integrations: Handle integrations with Google Calendars, CRMs (GoHighLevel), and workflow automations
- Slack & Loom Communication: Communicate clearly with internal pods and clients on task status and blockers
- SOP Development: Create and update SOPs to ensure consistent operations as we grow
- Pod Execution: Own backend delivery inside your pod to hit KPIs and maintain system performance
Skills & Tools Required:
- Experience with Make (Integromat) or Zapier for workflow automation
- Strong understanding of Go High Level or similar CRM platforms
- Fluency with Google Sheets (formulas, trackers, reporting)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
