Carefully review talent proposals to find the best fit for your project.

1. Access your account dashboard.
2. Go to Manage Jobs section and choose Posted jobs.
3. Find the job post and click on View proposals.
4. You will find a list of talent proposals including their rate proposed.
5. Click on Cover Letter to view more details.
6. Review their profile and consider factors like profile email and member verification, profile score, experience, skills, past work, and proposed budget.
7. Communicate with talents using the chat system for clarification and other details.
