We’re on the hunt for a highly organized and motivated individual with 2+ years of experience supporting US real estate businesses through a Virtual Assistant agency training program. You’ll be the right hand to our team, streamlining operations and freeing us up to focus on what matters most – closing deals and exceeding client expectations.

What You’ll Do:

  • Administrative Ninja: Master of calendars, scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and keeping communication flowing smoothly.
  • Lead Magnet: Proficient in CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho, nurturing leads, qualifying potential buyers and sellers, and scheduling property viewings.
  • Content Creation Champ: Craft compelling social media posts, website listings, and email newsletters that capture attention and generate leads.
  • Transaction Hero: Assist with transaction paperwork, manage deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service to buyers and sellers.
  • Tech Wiz: Familiar with Google Suite, Zoom, DocuSign, and other essential real estate tools for seamless collaboration and efficiency.
  • More Than Meets the Eye: Go the extra mile to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and contribute innovative ideas to our business growth.

Who You Are:

  • Real Estate Rockstar: Deep understanding of the US real estate industry and its terminology, ideally with experience in a relevant VA agency program.
