I worked at Intercontinental Hotels Group, as an RSA (Reservations Sales Agent). I took care of the reservations and special requests of guests and this just shows my background in customer service in which I have learned a lot about excellent staff and guest relationships, sales, and marketing as well. I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant for Queensland Ray White, showing my knowledge of Australia Real Estate industry. I managed tenancy applications for Property Managers, background check and follow-up on tenants and their applications (calls and email) and general administrative tasks. I also worked as a Commercial Secretary for Knight Frank Valuations for South Australia.
