Trident Business Group
*Preparation of financial statements and Income Tax returns for Companies, Trusts, and Individuals to a review stage in Xero including Div 7a, CGT, FBT, inter-entity loans and tax provisions.
*Preparation of BAS/IAS and other related lodgements such as STP, Payroll Tax, TPAR and Workcover.
*Preparation of comprehensive workpaper file in Xero Workpapers.
*Assist bookkeepers with any questions and oversee their work.
*Review BAS/IAS, STP and Individual Tax Returns prepared by junior staff.
*Manage workflow and due dates for client work.
*Prepare query lists for clients and be able to communicate effectively.
Junior Accountant
*Preparation of monthly IASs.
*Preparation of quarterly BASs.
*Preparation of monthly payroll tax calculations.
*Preparation of year-end workpapers.
*Fixed Asset register management.
*Data entry of accounts payable, receipts, and accounts receivable in Xero.
*Day-to-day bank reconciliation.
*Weekly and fortnightly payroll for clients and filing of STP (Single Touch Payroll).
*Processing of superannuation payments for clients.
*Weekly sending of financial reports and queries, and client communication.
*Assisting clients in preparing Individual Tax Returns and Company Tax Returns, and other general ad hoc tasks.
Accounting Staff
*Perform accounting tasks related to the day-to-day financial operations of the medical center.
*Handle payroll processing for the organization's employees as the Payroll Master.
*Prepare and manage various financial reports for internal use.
*Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
*Participate in the compilation of year-end financial data and documentation.
*Contribute to the preparation of necessary tax documents and reports.
*Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.
*Support the Accounting team with other assigned tasks as needed.
