Data Entry Encoder
I have been a Data Entry Encoder under Human Resources of LSBC for a year. Basically, I have been getting the applicant's Resume and Curriculum Vitae, update it on our system and CRM, then forward it to the BPO company they will be applying to. LSBC is an outsourcing company and our agents are the ones to conduct a phone screening to them. If they pass, they will be endorsing the applicant to their desired BPO company anywhere in the Philippines.
Customer Service Representative
I have been a Technical Support of COMCAST for 4 months. I was a call center agent and we are attending our customer's concerns regarding technical difficulties on their internet, cable, home security appliances, and cellphone services. Aside from that, we are also scheduling them technician appointments, educating them regarding their bill, and ship them equipment if they want to upgrade their modem, cable, etc.
Our customers and clients are based on the US that is why we work in a graveyard shift. I left the company because I had to relocate just to attend the on site work and it's quite expensive relocating and I prefer to work from home because I want to utilize the workspace that I have in my room.
Cold Caller Appointment Setter
I have been a Virtual Assistant /Cold caller of Brantley Solutions for 3 months (CONTRACT-BASED). I was able to fulfill my desire to work from home and I was able to utilize my workspace and tools. I have been calling potential customers/client in the US and ask if they want to schedule a cleaning services from our company on their office. Brantley gave me an (open phone) account in order for I to call customers on the US though I am in the Philippines. I did not renew my contract because I wanted to explore other companies and I want to be compensated based on my experiences and skills.
