We’re excited to be part of a vibrant global community, connecting talented individuals and clients from over 180 countries.
Regardless of where you are living, you are responsible to comply with any work authorization requirements you may have. Unfortunately, we do not offer universal service to all international locations, and you must be 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country, whichever is older).
There are certain cases where we can’t advise you on using WorkPlaces. These are the restrictions:
Restrictions:
The Russia-Ukraine conflict has impacted our ability to carry out our mission and operations effectively. As a result, we had to stop offering our services in Russia and Belarus starting October 2023.
Additionally, the U.S. law prevents us from doing business with individuals or entities in specific places. People or businesses in these regions and countries can’t sign up or use our platform:
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Crimea (a region of Ukraine)
- Parts of Africa
- Cuba
- Individual Cuban nationals
- Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR)
- Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR)
- Any other place where the law restricts us (this can change from time to time)
We also follow U.S. laws that keep us from doing business with individuals and entities on a list called the Specially Designated Nationals (“SDN”) list. You can learn more about these laws here. Keep in mind there may be other people or companies not included in our service areas right now.
Finally, if you’ve been suspended from WorkPlaces in the past, you won’t be able to use our platform again, and any new accounts will be closed.
