Your WorkPlaces profile is your digital resume and reputation, so it is essential to make it stand out. Clients will use your profile to gauge your skills, experience and capabilities. Your Profile score must be at least a minimum of 85% in order for your profile to be visible for Clients and the talent pool, make sure to complete all the necessary details about your profile.
- Log in to your WorkPlaces account.
- Complete the Email Verification and Member Verification process.
- In your dashboard, Go to Settings and Click on Edit Profile to complete all sections.
- Account Details & Skills: This is the section for your details as a talent and choosing the skills of your expertise.
- Experience & Education: To highlight your work experience and education background.
- Projects: This is where you can show your past projects and quality of work for clients reference.
- Awards & Certifications: State and add your certifications and awards to add more credibility to your expertise
- Videos: Share and promote your videos, past project and work productions to show clients about your capabilities.
- Social Profiles: Connect and share links for your LinkedIn Profile, Online Portfolio or your Youtube channel.
- Tips:
- Add a professional profile picture in JPG/PNG format. Make sure that it is a square size at a maximum of 512×512 pixels.
- Choose and add relevant skills and years of experience.
- Provide a unique but professional tagline to get the attention from clients.
- Profile summary with mixed information usually overwhelms clients, make sure to only highlight on the section about your character, traits, what makes you unique and the best. Remember, clients will likely hire a well organized talent.????
- Upload your past projects showcasing your best work.
