Administrative Assistant
The Admin Assistant plays a vital role in providing administrative support to ensure the efficient and smooth operation of the department. Administrative Assistants handle general office tasks and administrative duties
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Dealing with the clients. This includes meetings, phone calls
- Assist in the day-to-day activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Provide administrative support including booking of hotels, preparing documents, maintaining files and records.
- Other tasks that may be assigned within the area of the Administrative function.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility as needed.
- Inventory/ Manage of office supplies and bills
- Organize and file of documents
- Assists in filing, organizing, creating, and preparation of paper works
- Provides support to the HR Department in generating Daily Time Records, monitoring of field employees and drafting of memorandums
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management,
- At least 1 o 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field for the position.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, PPT, and Excel, and Computer software and online applications (Computer literate)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
- Can work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Able to work independently
- Organize and keen to details

Schedule:
- Day Shift: 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Monday to Friday except Audit Season (Mon-Sat)
