We’re looking for a performance-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll own and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and revenue.
You’ll play a key role in scaling our digital presence—leveraging data, experimentation, and creativity to deliver measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Manage paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, display, retargeting)
- Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI and conversion
- Build and optimize landing pages and marketing funnels
- Run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Collaborate with content, design, and product teams
- Track KPIs and report on performance with actionable insights
- Stay up to date with trends, tools, and emerging channels
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of experience with proven results in digital or performance marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email, and social media marketing
- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing ROI
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce industries
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and funnel strategy
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- Experience with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management
- Background in content marketing or copywriting
