Responsibilities:

- Address employee inquiries and concerns while ensuring legal compliance.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that reflects our values and mission.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and team members on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
- Minimum of 6 years of HR management experience with a US-based company.
- Strong understanding of US employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to excel in a remote work environment.
