ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Content Scheduling & Publishing
- Manage the day-to-day scheduling and publishing of posts across all social media platforms using our designated platform.
- Ensure content goes live accurately, on time, and in alignment with campaign calendars.
Community Engagement
- Monitor social channels daily for comments, questions, mentions, and emerging conversations.
- Respond to community messages with brand appropriate tone and escalate issues when necessary.
Channel Maintenance & Optimization
- Keep social profiles up to date (bios, links, highlights, pinned posts, etc.).
- Support regular audits of channel performance and visual consistency.
Trend Monitoring & Support
- Surface timely trends, platform updates, and cultural moments relevant to our brand and audience.
- Assist the Strategist with quick-turn content needs when opportunities arise.
Analytics & Reporting
- Pull monthly performance metrics (engagement, impressions, audience growth, etc.).
Collaboration & Coordination
- Track content needs, asset status, and cross-functional requests to ensure smooth production workflows.
Asset & File Management
- Assist in organizing and maintaining our digital asset library.
- Ensure content files are properly tagged, stored, and easy to retrieve.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in social media coordination, digital marketing, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest) and their best practices.
- Experience with social scheduling tools (e.g., Emplifi, Sprout, Later, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Basic familiarity with analytics dashboards on major platforms.
- Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a part-time schedule.
- Passion for social media, health & wellness, and supporting storytelling through digital channels.
