Position: Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote (Must have work from home setup, no cafe or office settings)
Experience: Ideally 2+ Years VA Experience with US Employer
Shift: Graveyard Shift (0800 – 1700 PST)
Wage: $2.50 – $8.00 / hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in telephone interactions with offshore clients, predominantly US-based.
- Manage and maintain the EHR or CRM system effectively.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with efficiency and professionalism.
- Provide administrative support aligned with the role’s requirements.
- Work independently and adapt to changing tasks with accountability.
Qualifications:
- Ideally 2 years of experience directly working with clients OR 3 years in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setup
- Exposure to tasks related to telephone interactions, CRM management, and similar duties.
- Proficiency in managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with a very minimal accent.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and excel with minimal supervision.
- Must have a stable internet connection and a personal laptop or PC.
- Able to work within US time zone.
- Flexible for holidays and shifting work schedules.
