I’ve worked as a Technical Support Representative for more than 2 years, wherein I handled calls and assisted customers in resolving their equipment issues. I also worked as a Customer Service representative for more than 1 year. I handled calls and assisted with all the queries of the customers and gave them satisfactory customer service help. I’ve also worked from home as an Online Live Chat Support Specialist, wherein we provided call center services in the comfort of our home.
