Phone Advisor / Web Chat Specialist
● Handle customer-raised issues, and provide appropriate alternatives.
● Follow NCP’s set procedures, guidelines, and policies.
● Take the extra mile to engage customers to maintain good business relationships with NCP.
● Handle PCN-related calls, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the 10-minute threshold.
● Guide customers on how to file an appeal if they feel that PCNs were incorrectly issued.
● Provide the status of Appeals submitted by customers.
● Assist customers with the following steps if they are not happy with decisions from their appeals.
● Assist customers on how to settle payments to clear a PCN.
● Guide customers who missed the deadline for paying the PCN.
● Answer customer queries related to how NCP's PCN (Parking Charge Notice) process complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA).
● Abide and perform to the best of his/her abilities all functions, duties, and responsibilities to be assigned by the Company in due course.
● Comply with the orders and instructions given from time to time by the Company through its authorized representatives.
● Perform any other administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any of the Company's representatives from time to time through direct written order or by verbal assignment.
