My name is Christine, and I bring a wealth of experience from working in customer service and operations roles at Citibank, American Express, and HSBC. I’m proud of my career journey, which has seen me progress from being a phone operator to a Quality Analyst, Trainer, and Team Manager for Citibank US’ Retail Bank Chat and Phone operations. In 2019, I made the transition to remote work, taking on the role of Manager’s Assistant/Virtual Assistant for an HOA Community Management company. In this position, I provided support to nine community managers and the CEO, managing communication with various stakeholders including tenants, landlords, homeowners, the Board of Directors, vendors, and contractors. I have extensive experience preparing complex reports for managers, including monthly and annual management reports, annual budgets, HOA financial reports, and more. I also served as the main point of contact for work orders, ensuring timely resolution of maintenance issues for homeowners. My responsibilities also included calendar management, project management for community projects, vendor management, contract reviews and negotiations, detailed record-keeping, covenant enforcement, and other tasks assigned by managers.
As a Virtual Assistant, I possess learning agility, allowing me to quickly master new systems, prioritize tasks effectively, and bring dedication and enthusiasm to my work. I’m excited to bring my diverse skill set and experience to this new opportunity.
