Hi my name is james karl de guzman I consider myself as a very motivated and well driven individual with a passion for continuous growth and learning. before pursuing my virtual assistant career i used to work as a call center agent for three years I believe. I used to work as a lead generation specialist for auto insurance and a customer service representative for a healthcare account and a retail account. Working as a call center agent helps me develop my skill to work as a team and even under pressure So with my virtual assistant career I do have almost 3 years of experience. And With my previous client, I was hired as a general virtual assistant/ account executive. And I really excel to what I do that why I was cross trained to handle servicing, renewals, mortgages and cancellations. I do have knowledge with quoting as well.
