My mission is to have a position as a Virtual Assistant or as a Customer Service Representative. Experience in previous employment taking calls for customer assistance with excellent customer service skills. It aims to give consumers great service to boost the organization’s total revenue growth. Provide great administrative support to executives through the management of contact lists, customer spreadsheets, and calendars. I can also do data entry, product research, and online research. I also have a background in customer support both email and phone, sales representative, and technical support. I have excellent attention to detail, can work under pressure, and can handle tasks simultaneously.
I have 3 years of experience in the BPO industry and want to look for better opportunities as a virtual assistant.
I’m motivated and open to new learning to develop my skills more. I do have the capability to adapt to the constant changes that are happening in this industry. I am also a fast learner which makes me easy to train and I will also empty my cup if needed.  I am willing to accept part-time or full-time jobs for 8 hours a day 40 hours per week.
