My name is Lorenzo Miguel Monreal. I am 24 years old. I am a highly motivated individual that always
strives for perfection. I am easy to train and very receptive to feedback and very eager to learn. I can also work well under pressure with little to no supervision. I have no prior nor other commitments, so my time and focus can be centered on one thing. I have a total of 2 years and 1 month of customer service experience in the BPO industry. I also have a total of 3 months work experience as a Game Operator.

I have handled an e-commerce account, specifically Wayfair, wherein it was a ticket-based system, and
we updated the suppliers’ products based on the ticket request. I have also handled a telecommunications account, specifically Verizon. I was a chat support agent there. I answer any questions that the customer may have about their account, services, products, offers, and bills. I have worked as  Game Operator where I tested beta and alpha games. I log any bugs I found in the games and I also handled data files for the games and did weekly maintenance.

 

Since I have a C2 level of English proficiency, I would rate my English skills a 10. I am interested in this job as I know I could be of great benefit to the company with my adaptability and my experience in dealing with customers.
