Most of my previous work was on interaction with the customer’s. Physical and through the phone. Especially on my previous job at one of the big BPO companies here in the Philippines, which is Teleperformance PH, I’ve been part of the company since 2020. I was an agent for a Telco account for 3 months and 3 months as an SME (Subject Matter Expert). I did not handle any cases or calls, but I am assisting my co-teammates. After being an SME, I was promoted to Operation Supervisor on the same account. During my stay at Teleperformance, I handled four accounts. 2 Telco accounts and 2 international accounts; 1 is sales and booking, and the last one is a charity account.

Over the years, I have gained a lot of experience, skills, and qualities in the BPO industry. I would described myself as a resourceful, flexible and can work under pressure.
