Hello, my name is Reden and  I started to work as Salesman in one of the largest mall here in the Philippines which is The SUPERMALLS MAKATI for 3 yrs. I’m assisting, organizing and  promoting my products to the customers and doing a crossing selling to achieve my daily target. And after 3yrs working in this company, I tried my luck to work in abroad, and that’s the Customer Service Representative in Lulu International Hypermarket, Kingdom og Bahrain for 3 years, since I was in a very different environment, I adjust myself to easily adapt the culture, the people and the timezone and also my workspace. As a CSR, I am the one who’s responsible for answering customer queries, concerns or complaints, updates via phone calls, emails and text messages. After my contract, I tried to apply in retail industry, and that’s my last job in abroad as a  Visual Marketing – Display which is not new for me in retail world because I have experience in  previous years, as a  VM-DISPLAY, my duties and responsibilities here is to dress up the store beautifuly  before its open to avoid customers distraction so that the customers have a better and happier shopping experience.
