My name is Richie Dale I am from Santa Maria Bulacan Philippines.
I completed my Graduation Associate Degree in Computer Science at the Asian Institute of Computer Studies in 2002 & 10th from Cayetano Arellano High School.
My strength is to courage to learn. Eagerness is determination.
My working experience
I started to work back in 2002- 2003 as a Service Crew at Wendy’s this was a great job where I learned the importance of being punctual and providing great customer service.
I then move on to my first corporate job where back 2004 to 2014 I worked as Receptionist, Cashier, and telephone operator, it’s a multitasking job for the Company in Hotel Sogo. Within this role,My responsible for accepting cash and bank card for payment of customers and doing paperwork after shift to know the sales of my shift my other duties is to handle queries, reservations and ensures that all wake-up calls are handled time appropriately. This work taught me in the customer service area. My achievement within this role I got a Loyalty award for five years of length service and employment of the month it was very competitive in this part because of hundreds of employees. A learning experience for 10 years of service The skills and qualities I learned within this role made me organized and proficient in customer.
I worked as a BPO Local Account order taker at Sterling Global for 2 years and 6 months. My responsible for customer service Within this position I looked after all customer queries and order-taking complaints and properly used real-time adherence in the delivery address. I was required to follow strict customer service standards at all times and familar with product knowledge . I was a two-time employee of the month. I learned for three year period to be more active listeners and adapt to changes. (be commitment and dedicated)
I worked also in BPO International Account Lead Specialist at ARC Alphonetics for 10 months
MY responsible as a opener debt settlement account that we negotiate to their creditor.
Helping the business to increase sales by reaching the quota in my first year in the role.
I believe my skills are well-suited to this job because of my past working experience that can add value and where I can grow and enjoy in a role that I can relate too. The second reason I research virtual receptionist is the role encourages me to talk to my client or customer about what they need. I love training and seminars hoping in I company to gain more knowledge about this job.
